This is a message for all who are following activities at Rose Creek Ranch:

NEW HORSE-RELATED FACILITIES ANNOUNCEMENT:

As many of you know, the Rose Creek Ranch Subdivision and surrounding areas are fully zoned and permitted for equestrian activities, and surrounded by literally miles and miles of cool riding trails under tall pines, and each 1 acre lot in the subdivision is permitted under the CC&Rs to have a maximum of two horses or mules onsite. Wouldn't it be nice to have a central facility available to help manage those animals and perhaps take care of them when you are not around??

Rose Creek Ranch is pleased to announce today that substantial new horse and mule housing facilities are being planned as additions to the 7 acre meadow parcel that surrounds Rose Creek Lodge, a commercial entertainment facility located just outside the subdivision.

Specifically, we are laying the groundwork to build a 40 by 100 foot set of steel horse and mule stalls under a protected metal "loafing shed" roof, with an attached steel corral for riding, training, and turnout of horses that guests may bring to the ranch. Initially this could be a location for guests and visitors to house their horses on a temporary basis while visiting the ranch, if desired. The capacity of this initial facility will be approximately six to ten horses and mules.

This new facility will be located far enough away from the Main Lodge to prevent flies and odors from becoming a problem, but close enough to be an easy walk from the Lodge. Start of construction of this facility MAY start this summer, but this is indeterminate pending completion of other construction tasks presently underway.

This new facility will be managed by Rose Creek Ranch's Ranch Manager, Koby Fewell, who is an expert Western Horseman. Koby is planning to bring his own working-ranch prized Western Quarter Horse up to the ranch this summer. Koby is also an expert calf-roper. Maybe we will have some fun roping lessons this summer, too.

Rose Creek Lodge is considering potentially offering some form of "horse boarding" in conjunction with some of its future Lodge services. Please let us know if you or other family members might be interested in a horse boarding service near your mountain retreat in the cool Sierra Ancha Mountains.

What most of you probably don't know is that I am also a major investor in a new equestrian entertainment media company called "Horse TV". (See www.horseTV.com) HorseTV is the world's first worldwide equestrian-focused media company, with primary distribution over the Internet, designed to service America's 13 million equestrian households and millions more around the world. As part of its initial rollout, HorseTV recently concluded its initial media coverage of the 2009 Live Oak International winter equestrian events in Ocala Florida. Check out the trailers for that, and thousands of hours of other equestrian educational and entertainment videos available online at www.horseTV.com

Bernie Uechtritz, the CEO of HorseTV, a Master Horseman, a former Cattle Boss on the Pacific island of Papua New Guinea, and an expert Polo player, has agreed to come out from Dallas TX at some point this summer, depending on availability of time in his busy schedule, for some fun equestrian events at Rose Creek Ranch.

(Incidentally, HorseTV is looking for some additional investors, so if you REALLY have a horse interest and might like to get involved, please reply e-mail to let me know. Bernie knows almost everybody in the horse world, and if you are interested in choice seat tickets to premium equestrian events, boy can WE fix YOU up...)

Stay tuned for announcement of some specific equestrian events at Rose Creek Ranch just for our lot buyers, guests and friends this summer.

So if you or your kids find yourselves sitting around saying you are "bored with nothing to do" it's your own fault, because there are tons of fun things to do at Rose Creek Ranch, and on the way up and back in Miami, Globe and at Thompson Arboretum, and we have a lot more upcoming events that we will be announcing shortly.

See www.rosecreekranchaz.com for more details and bring your friends up to the ranch for a beautiful Spring day visit!
